Terms and Conditions – Sage One Product Promotion
The following terms and conditions are applicable to the promotion.

Who is this agreement between?
This promotion is brought to you by Sage (UK) Limited (“Sage”, “we”, “us”), North Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE13 9AA. By participating in the Promotion (as defined below) you indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions together with any specific instructions and terms for the Promotion which may be communicated to you in any electronic messages or in any other way.
What is the promotion and who is eligible to participate?
During the Promotional Period (as defined below) eligible participants will be able to subscribe to each of the Sage One Products (as defined below) for a promotional monthly subscription fee of £1.00 per month (the “Promotion”).
By the “Promotional Period” we mean that this Promotion will commence with effect from 1 August 2014 and shall continue until 31 December 2014, where it will expire automatically without notice.
By “Sage One Products” we mean Sage One Accounts, Sage One Extra and Sage One Payroll 5, 10 and 15.
To be eligible for the Promotion you must be a member of Private Practice Hub Limited’s (“Private Practice Hub”) therapy business network and not be an existing customer, or a former paying or trial customer. You acknowledge and agree that under this Promotion, no free trials are available to use the Sage One Products.
To participate in the Promotion, you need to subscribe to a Sage One Product by following the instructions contained in any promotional material which you have received from Private Practice Hub. Once you subscribe for a Sage One Product you shall become a “Sage One Customer”.

Upon the expiry of the Promotional Period any Sage One Customer shall automatically be charged Sage’s then current prices for their Sage One Product.
What happens if a Sage One Product is upgraded or downgraded?
If a Sage One Customer upgrades or downgrades their subscription to their Sage One Product during the Promotional Period then the Sage One Customer shall automatically be charged Sage’s then current prices for their Sage One Product from the date of the Sage One Customer’s upgrade or downgrade (as applicable) and for subsequent months thereafter.
What happens if a Sage One Product is cancelled and subsequently reactivated?
If a Sage One Customer cancels their subscription for the Sage One Product during the Promotional Period and the subscription is subsequently reactivated during the Promotional Period then the Sage One Customer shall be charged Sage’s then current prices from the date which the subscription is reactivated and for subsequent months thereafter.

This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. This Promotion is not available to any employees of Sage (UK) Limited or Sage Pay Europe Limited and is only available to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland).
We shall not be liable to you if you suffer any loss or damage by entering this Promotion (including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill that arises out of or in connection with your participation in the Promotion) or from our refusal to allow you take part in the Promotion or our withdrawal of the Promotion or any other failure or inability by you to participate in or benefit from the Promotion for any reason. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits our liability in respect of personal injury or death caused by our negligence, or for fraud. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions and/or withdraw this Promotion at any time without notice.

Data protection
If you enter this Promotion you agree that we may use your personal details to administer and run this Promotion and to send you other marketing material relating to any of our products or services. We will retain the personal details you submit on our database for a reasonable period of time and we may need to share your details with our agents or contractors who help us to run our marketing and promotional activities. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These term and conditions (and all non-contractual claims and disputes) are governed by English law and by entering this Promotion you agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any such claims or disputes which arise out of or in connection with this Promotion.
