Retailer Costco and Sage One team up to offer the full business package

Costco and Sage One have teamed up to support small and medium businesses with their accounting needs for Costco members in the UK.

If you’re a trade Costco member, you’ll now get access to Sage One Accounting as part of your membership for the first 12 months. Costco Wholesale Corporation operates an international chain of membership warehouses that carry quality, brand name merchandise at lower prices than are typically found at conventional wholesale or retail outlets. The warehouses are designed to help small-to-medium-sized businesses reduce costs in purchasing for resale and for everyday business use and now can get support with their accounting needs.

This has been introduced as part of Costco’s and Sage’s commitment to support small and micro businesses by giving them the tools to succeed.

Michael De Jongh (Global Head of Strategic Partnership & Alliances) said: “We’re committed to supporting UK businesses and offering Sage One as a member benefit with Costco will help SMEs save valuable time and money. Business confidence has risen and Sage One teaming up with Costco is a great step to give SMEs the overall business package”.

Sue Knowles (Marketing Director) said: “We’re delighted to add Sage to our member benefits. Sage One is the perfect solution for our target audience to help manage their accounts and being the market leader adds credibility and value. Costco are big supporters of supporting small and medium businesses and this just adds strength to our proposition”.

Teaming up with Costco supports Sage’s mission by giving businesses around the world the information, insight and tools they need to succeed today. We energise their success through the use of smart technology and the imagination of our people.
