How we use the #SageOne hashtag to gather feedback and engage with users

The Sage One team is always listening to feedback from our users and uses the #SageOne hashtag to both share information about our software and follow real-time conversations people are having about it (see example below):



Hashtags are a great way to engage with people through Twitter, particularly at live events where a simple projection onto a wall using Twitterfall.com or VisibleTweets.com can encourage greater interaction from audience members. We’ve also recently started displaying #SageOne Tweets on plasma screens in our Customer Support Team office so they can see what people are saying (see example below):
