Last week the UK accounting community descended on Olympia in London for Accountex 2012.
With over 3,000 accountants attending we knew this would be a great opportunity to meet lots of current and prospective customers and answer their questions in relation to Sage One.
To say we underestimated the demand for information on Sage One would be a bit of an understatement as hundreds of people packed out our stand to bombard us with questions and try Sage One for themselves!
Our top Sage One online business consultant, Francesca Holmes answered questions in relation to how Sage One can help accountants and bookkeepers:
- Attract and retain profitable clients
- Enter new markets that would typically be cost prohibitive
- Develop efficiencies in their practice
- Improve profit per customer via an online business model
- Improve client satisfaction through improved collaboration
Feedback from accountants and bookkeepers was incredible with comments such as “Sage One has really impressed me, I can tell that you’ve worked with people like me and clients to really understand what we need from online accounts and payroll.”
A bookkeeper said “I’d heard a lot about Sage One before today and I’m glad I popped by to see it, I’ll be signing up. Like most bookkeepers, Sage is at the centre of my business and I know I can trust you 100% to get it right and give me what I need.”
We also got some constructive feedback in relation to how people feel we can improve the service and as I write this our awesome developers back at HQ are working on it now.
Mark Barrett of accountsonline and Paul Donno of Jacobs Allen popped by our stand and we really appreciated them being there as they could discuss their experiences of Sage One with fellow professionals and clients.
So overall we’d say Accountex was a huge success for everyone involved, we loved being a part of it and it’s safe to say we’ll be back next time with another batch of free coffee and cookies.
However, if you can’t wait that long to hear more about Sage One then feel free to get in touch with us on 0845 111 11 11 or send an to email@example.com. Liz runs live webinars every week.
